Chef Rubén Amro


The chef of the CEDRO restaurant, Rubén Amro, is a disciple of renowned chefs such as Joaquín Felipe or Iván Cerdeño, with a long career in the kitchen and who has earned many gastronomic awards. In 2021 he won the Spanish championship for best chef (VII gastronomic contest of FACYRE) to which he also won the title of official candidate to dispute the European gastronomic contest Bocuse dor 2022 in Budapest, representing Spain.

Rubén´s cuisine is typical for respecting the flavors of the traditional Spanish cuisine and the courage to fuse them with ingredients, textures and flavors from other international gastronomic cultures.

Rubén´s cuisine is recognized by the Michelin Guide, which for the second consecutive year recommends our restaurant KOMA in the Box Art Hotel La Torre.





The CEDRO restaurant is a fresh, traditional gastronomic space, with some French touches and a lot of flavor from the Sierra de Madrid.
